Teresa is an architect with more than 15 years of experience shaping back-of-house and workplace environments for some of the world's most demanding brands. She has held senior roles at Foster + Partners, Herzog & de Meuron, Christ & Gantenbein, and Cartier. At Foster + Partners, she led the global implementation of back-of-house standards for Apple Stores across both FOH and BOH environments, gaining a valuable understanding of the synergy between FOH/BOH. At Herzog & de Meuron and Christ & Gantenbein, she contributed to workplace design across complex, high-profile projects, before directing the development of Cartier's back-of-house design guidelines over six years.
The work of Hors Scène reflects an international outlook and Teresa's sensitivity to places and people. Each project is conceived as a framework of clarity. Grounded in use, flow, and operational culture, and articulated through atmosphere, materiality, and light. Creating spaces defined by timeless elegance and wellbeing beyond the visible.
Teresa works in French, English, Portuguese and German.
